While exploring Paris in Assassin’s Creed Unity, you’ll likely stumble across a Nostradamus Enigma, represented by the scroll-like symbol on your map. Exit the room by going up the balcony on the opposite side. Using eagle vision head towards the front of the crowd to trigger a cutscene which will show you the location of De La Serre. Go upstairs to the balcony, then behind the people go down to the hall where the public speech is taking place. Once you reach the gallery, your next objective is to find De La Serre.
